Competition Terms and Conditions

1. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents who are aged 18 or over, with the exception of employees of Breakthrough Breast Cancer ("Breakthrough") or its subsidiary companies.

2. Only one entry allowed per person per draw. The closing date is Friday 29 August 2008.

3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Winners will be drawn at random.

4. There is no cash or alternative prizes available and prizes are not transferable. The decision of Breakthrough is final and no communication will be entered into by Breakthrough.

5. Breakthrough is not responsible for non / late receipts e-mail entries due to operator/network failure, or for any associated costs to entrants. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

6. Only entries received by Friday 29 August 2008 will be eligible for the free prize draw.

7. The winners will be notified in writing and /or by telephone within 30 days from the closing date.

8. Entry in the free prize draw signifies acceptance of these rules. Breakthrough reserves the right to withhold or cancel prizes in the event of non-compliance with these rules. Breakthrough also reserves the right to amend the free prize draw rules at any time. Breakthrough reserves the right to cancel the free prize draw at any stage if deemed necessary in their opinion and / or if the circumstances are outside of their control.

9. Breakthrough is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.
